Help carlos get a used car

For several years I have been driving a bmw 325i e46 from 2002. She’s been a good car getting me to Chicago several times, Nyc once, Philly once and around the greater Cincinnati area on the daily. Recently she broke 200,000. Since I got her 3 years ago she was maintained regularly, and treated as well as a daily driver could be treated. All this time she was in jaime’s name for cheaper insurance reasons. On Friday we finally made the switch of putting her in my name. Title transfer, insurance and all that. “I’m a real boy” I thought as I left the office with registration and insurance paperwork in my name. That evening, she died. Coolant issue caused overheating, then she stalled. When I got her started there was white smoke and a knocking sound. Earlier this year I had the water pump replaced, we done breaks and even shock mounts in the rear. Not including the infamous window regulator issue that bmw is famous for. That being said, I’m going to call my local mechanic to confirm what I already fear. Then start looking for a new daily driver. The irony of it all is the DAY I get it in my name.... it has issues.
It makes me sad that old blue is most likely no more. I loved that car. Still would if she was repairable and it was affordable.
It’s been a hard couple days and the next weeks or so won’t be any easier. I just have faith that I’ll be able to get back and forth when I need to.
