Help Carlos with his vocal chords surgery

Hola, Carlos es un joven de 22 años que sufrió un accidente de moto hace 3 años y necesita una cirugía de cuello abierto para poder respirar y hablar, lo cual es algo costosa y sus familiares no cuentan con los recursos necesarios para cubrir los gastos, seria de gran ayuda un pequeño aporte para la salud de este joven.

Hi, his name is Carlos. He is a young guy of 22 years old. Who unfortunately suffer a terrible accident on a motor bike 3 years ago and he needs a vocal reconstruct surgery to be able to breathe and talk properly again. Which such surgery is very expensive and his family does not have the resources to pay for this surgery. If anyone can contribute to this cause to improved/normalize his life again.
