Help Carol McQueen with her medical bills

In Jan of 2023, our mom was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer called Glioblastoma. Since that time she has had brain surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. She has also had to receive chemotherapy and radiation treatments. When her body could no longer tolerate the chemo her doctors turned to doing infusions bi monthly. Since her diagnosis she has lost the ability to be independent and we are hoping to raise some funds that will help give her some independence back. We hope to help cover the medical bills and relieve some of the burden from those around her that have given so much to be by her side in her time of need.

If you don't know Carol let me tell you a little bit about this amazing woman. Carol McQueen is the mother of 4 adult children and 11 grandchildren. She is generous, kind, and an inspiration to others. She retired just a short 2 years ago as fundraiser manager. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. These fundraising positions were not just a job for her, it was a passion. The people she worked with became like family. She gave her heart and soul to each fundraising event. Carol instilled that generosity in those around her and encouraged all around her to give to these causes and be a part of the fundraising family.

She is the glue in our family that holds us all together. She has always been there for all of us. She picks us up when we are down, she actively listens to all our ideas, problems, and just life events. She give advice when we ask and let's us make our mistakes but is always there to remind us it's ok.
