Help Carolina and Emile grow their little family

Hi!

We are Carolina & Emile and we have been together for almost 9 years of which we have been married for 3. To say these past 3 years have been challenging is an understatement.

Emile always knew he wanted to be a father, Carolina however has always been more reserved and was more focused in having a good partnership and foundation before even thinking about parenthood. In those 9 years we took care of 3 pets, took care of our home, built our own house, got married, travelled, pursued education, developed personally and professionally. We did everything society tells you to do before having children. So when we finally decided we are ready to become parents we were ALL IN. Needless to say we found out after several procedures and countless diagnostic tests that our only real option would have to be in-vitro fertilization.

We decided to start publicly sharing about our journey after much consideration- but because we have been comforted in the kindness of others going through similar experiences who choose to share publicly and who we could reach out to ask questions. We too hope we can be helpful to others one day.

We could really use your help on our journey!

IVF is expensive, like REALLY expensive. Living in Aruba means that the only way we can get this treatment is by going abroad and the procedure is not, in any way, covered by our insurance. We will be using our savings, but because time is of the essence in our particular case it means we have less time to continue saving up for the rest.
