Help Carolina and Richard After House Fire

I’m Wayne Kossel, Treasurer of the Park St Claire HOA. On behalf of your Board, I am reaching out to ask for your help for our neighbors Carolina and Richard who experienced a horrendous fire at their home at 1340 Beckett Lane in the early morning hours of August 16th. Luckily no one was injured, including their young adult boys, as they were awakened by a smoke detector. Their home is uninhabitable and renovations will take approximately a year.

We are asking our community to demonstrate our empathy for them as they will be in temorary housing with most of their personal items lost in the fire, damaged from smoke or water damaged. I’m sure they have immediate needs. Early indications are that the fire started from a short in a motion detector attached to the garage. That could happen to any one of our homes!
