Help Carolina Braves 12U Reclaim Their Season

Dear Community,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and an urgent plea for help. Our 12U travel baseball team, made up of dedicated and passionate young athletes, has recently faced an unimaginable setback. After months of hard work and community support, we successfully raised over $10,000 through various fundraisers to cover our travel expenses for the upcoming season. Sadly, a large majority of that was stolen by a now former coach that is not in the above picture.

Our team, composed of 12 young athletes who dream of playing baseball at a higher level, worked tirelessly to organize car washes, spirit nights, chocolate sales and other fundraising events. The community’s generosity was overwhelming, and the funds we raised were meant to cover travel costs, tournament fees, uniforms and bonding experiences for these boys. However, our joy quickly turned into despair when we discovered that a person we trusted to guide and mentor our children had betrayed us.

Despite this devastating loss, our team remains resilient. The boys are determined to continue pursuing their dreams, but we cannot do it without your help. We are now in urgent need of funds to ensure that these young athletes can participate in the tournaments and events they have worked so hard to prepare for.
