Help Carolyn Rebuild After Rodney's Passing

Hi, the family of Carolyn Shaw-Chandler is setting up this GoFundMe to help Carolyn in this devastating time. As some may know, Carolyn lost the love of her life, her husband Rodney Freeman-Chandler, on October 2, 2024. Although Rodney's health had been failing for some time, the end came quickly.

During the last few weeks, Carolyn has gone through way too much. They had to move during which they lost most of their belongings. Just the morning of Rodney's death, Carolyn was in court dealing with the turmoil surrounding their move. Carolyn lost that court case at the cost of $1800.

Carolyn then had to rush to the hospital to be by Rodney's side, at which time she was told Rodney was going to be placed on hospice. She therefore spent the last few hours of Rodney's life holding his hand.

This time has been too much for anyone to deal with, let alone our sister. Unfortunately, they were not in a position to prepare for Rodney's pending death, so there was no insurance to cover his final expenses.

Carolyn has also lost Rodney's income and is now concerned about how she will be able to afford her monthly expenses.

Carolyn has to pay for

Rodney's funeral services, replace many of the belongings they lost in the move, and hopefully make some money to cover her bills for awhile.
