!Hello! My name is Carrie, and I am a dedicated teacher of Deaf students in California. While I am currently single, I am proud to share my life with my fabulous dog, who brings joy and companionship to my journey.

My Weight Loss Journey

Since January 2021, I have achieved an incredible transformation by losing 234 pounds—and I’m not done yet! This journey has been challenging but rewarding, and I accomplished it without surgery or medication. Here’s how I did it:

Investing in Fitness: During the pandemic, I made a significant investment in my health by purchasing a Hydrow rowing machine. Although it was a financial commitment, it has proven to be invaluable for my fitness routine.

Personal Training Support: Since June 2022, I have been working with a personal trainer through the Nerd Fitness app. Claire has played a crucial role in keeping me motivated and accountable throughout this journey.

Dietary Changes: For the first half of my weight loss journey, I utilized Weight Watchers (WW), which helped me develop healthy eating habits. Currently, I am tracking my macros using Cronometer, allowing me to maintain a balanced diet tailored to my goals.

The Next Step: Skin Removal Surgery

Now that I have made significant progress in my weight loss journey, I am at a pivotal point where I need to have skin removal surgery. This procedure is essential for me to address the excess skin on my arms, stomach, buttocks, breasts, and thighs.

As a single teacher living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I face financial challenges in funding these necessary surgeries. That’s why I am reaching out for your support.

Looks good. Only thing it's it says it need to consider surgery. It's already been decided that I will have to have it, so I dont think consider is the right word.
