Casey Gadaleta, a brave Australian , put his life on the line as a volunteer fighter with the Ukraine army, standing up for freedom and justice in a foreign land. Tragically during one of these selfless missions, Casey suffered a life altering injury, losing his leg in the heat of battle after stepping on a landmine.

Now Casey is fighting a new fight - one for healing recovery and rebuilding his life. He dreams of coming home back to Australia, where he can focus on recovery surrounded by the love and support of his family and friends. The journey ahead is challenging with medical bills rehabilitation cost and logistics of returning home from Ukraine presenting signifiant financial hurdles.
