Help Casey through her Transplant Journey

Hello My name is Casey and I have just been approved for small bowel transplant at Cleveland Clinic! I have been sick for almost 9years and through the challenges I found myself in full motility failure also know as intestinal failure. Over these past 9 years we have been through so many treatments, medications, experimental options, a lot of university hospitals from all over our coast and over 30 procedures/surgeries trying to better my conditions… I am living on TPN feedings 12 hrs a day and fluids with vitamin booster IVs the remaining 12hrs. I finally was approved for transplant through Cleveland Clinic and we have to relocate temporarily as of October 5th while waiting on the Ohio state solid organ transplant list until they find me a small bowel and then through the healing process. During this entire time my husband cannot work as he is with me and my sole care taker through this journey and with COVID it can only be him so I don’t put myself at any additional risk! We anticipate from talking with the team that this process will be 4-6months of relocation and the living expenses at the Cleveland House of transplant will cost us average of $1800 without medical expenses or our Delaware home expenses. We have cashed out all our saving, 401k and our families have pulled money of their savings for us as well. We are grateful for any prayers or help with our expenses during this difficult time.
