Help Cato Potato get Perineal Urethrostomy Surgery

My baby Cato Potato recently had blood in his urine . Went to his regular vet and he has  Feline Idiopathic Cystitis. Which is a urinary problem that typically affects younger cats and is thought to be caused by stress due to changes in the environment or household routine. FIC is one major cause of feline lower urinary tract disease. And with Cato we can’t figure out what he is stressed about . No changes in environment or with his routine. Came out of nowhere !!! He came home and about 2 wks later he        became blocked . Ended up in ER for 3 days .
He has been home now for a little over a week and he is back at the vet having trouble urinating. I was advised that if he blocks again ( which could happen at any time) he 
should have surgery. PU surgery starts at
2000.00 Ugh my heart dropped.
Cato is my child and he just turned 2 . I have 
already spent a little over 2000.00 not 
counting today’s visit . And if we end up back 
at the ER that will be another 1600.-2000. 
visit . I just cannot afford this . I applied for CC and other credit cards . But it’s not enough . 
Very difficult for me to even ask for help . But
this is my last resort . I don’t really have a 
choice right now . Please help me help Cato .

He deserves to live a long life .
