Chad Has Been In Horrible Car Accident

UPDATE: Well everything we have applied for has been denied so far; food stamps, temporary disability, me getting paid to care for him....everything! Chad is feeling very discouraged and doesn't want to be a financial burden to me and talking about trying to go back to work. I told him absolutely not!!! His body is crushed bones and many of his vital organs were injured. We are appealing all the decisions but who knows what will happen. Please help if you can. UPDATE: Chad has been released from the hospital but will need months of therapy. He is only able to walk a short distance with a walker and is still in a lot of pain. He has applied for temporary disability but unfortunately since he was self-employed, he doesn't qualify. Anything you could give would really be appreciated very much.! UPDATE:He's has turned the corner and the worst seems to be behind us as far as life or death. He is being moved to a different floor for 6-8 weeks of physical therapy to help him walk again. He broke 4 ribs in back by his spine and his pelvis is broken in 2 places. His vital organs have stopped bleeding and he was able to have liquids yesterday. UPDATE: PLEASE PRAY...He is going in for surgery to clear the blood clots from his lungs. They inserted 2 drainage tubes and intubated him because his lungs were filling with blood and the oxygen alarm was going off... My son Chad has been seriously hurt in a car accident yesterday. They needed the jaws of life to remove him from the car. He is at Albany Med in the ICU, B234. He has many broken ribs in back near his spine, his pelvis is broken in 2 places, punctured lung, his stomach is filling with fluid, his kidney and spleen are bruised, his legs are swollen and bruised. He lost his car and obviously can't deliver doordash. I need his friends to please help! This is going to be a long recovery! He won't let me post a picture of what he looks like. I had to twist his arm to do the gofundme. I spoke to the insurance and they will only cover some personal injury, nothing to do with his car. Please donate and share if you can.
