Help Chad Royer Battle Multiple Myeloma

Donation protected
After dealing with debilitating back pain over the past two years, Chad received the shocking news that he has Multiple Myeloma, a rare and incurable form of blood cancer that affects plasma cells in the bone marrow. Chad went from being an active father and community member to becoming bedbound. Consequently, he ended up in the hospital before Thanksgiving, and he was diagnosed shortly after.

If you know Chad, you know how involved he is with our children, serving on the parent associations at their schools. In addition, Chad has served on his local community board and has been a staunch advocate for U.S. veterans and people with disabilities. Chad is also one of the best neighbors anyone can hope to have. I used to joke and call him the mayor of our complex because he was always available, no matter the time of day or night, to help others.

We have no idea what the future holds for Chad, but we remain hopeful and prayed up. For now, we know that he has to have weekly treatments for his cancer, which includes chemo. He is a candidate for a stem cell transplant, which he will have in 2025. We hope that his treatment and transplant are successful so his cancer goes into remission.

So now here we are, humbly asking for your help. Chad needs funds to cover the following:

1. Medical costs from doctor visits, including the recent surgery he had while hospitalized

2. Rehabilitation and home care, which includes physical and occupational therapy

3. Future hospitalization, which is expected to include his stem cell transplant

4. Medication and transportation costs to and from appointments

5. Other expenses, including the cost of food and comfort items to help him manage his intense treatments

Every dollar you donate will bring us closer to our goal, which is to fight this cancer and improve Chad’s quality of life. Thank you so much, and God bless.

To all donors, please note that:
Chad Royer will be the beneficiary of all funds that have been donated. He will have complete control and access to these funds.

Kpana Kpoto, his wife, is only acting on Chad Royer's behalf to organize this campaign.

Donors will receive nothing in return for their donations.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
