Help Chance Rebuild After Devastating Fire

Hello,

My name is Kayla Strain and I am creating this on behalf of a friend of mine, Chance Duncan. I met Chance through the student teaching program at SHSU and we both worked as kindergarten student teachers at Wilkinson Elementary. Chance is a great person who truly brings his all to the classroom. He is compassionate, committed, and dedicated to helping students and his team. I have been blessed to work along side him this past year.

Unfortunately, On April 29th when Chance got home from work he and his family discovered that they had lost their home and everything they own to a fire.

Thankfully, the family and the families pets are all safe. However, everything else is gone.
