Help Char say goodbye to long lost brother Isaac

Hi everyone, my name is Peaches. I'm a friend of Char's here in LA. I think most of you know that Char was reunited with her birth brother Isaac only a few years ago. They were both adopted into separate families, Isaac at birth, and Charlene when she was 2. They never knew each other growing up but knew they had a sibling out there in the world somewhere. So it was a real-life miracle, a beautiful reunion story when they finally met. Char said even though they missed so much being apart so long, it felt as though they never missed a day.

So it was a shock last week when Char got the news that Isaac suffered a heart attack and hadn't regained consciousness after undergoing surgery. She was in the process of trying to make her way up to Canada to see him but sadly, she was too late. Isaac was pronounced legally brain dead yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, January 3.

I want to see Char go up to Canada to say her goodbyes and wish I had the funds to get her a flight and whatever she needs but I'm just not in a position to help that way. Char helps everyone, anyone who knows her can attest to that. She will literally give her last dollar to someone she thinks needs it more. She has done so much for me personally. And now she needs our help.

Anything you can spare to put towards her flight and rental car. I think she has friends and family she can stay with but she needs to get there first and I think she said it's a bit of a drive between her hometown and where Isaac and his family live so she will need a car.

My heart is broken for Char. Please help me help her.
