Help Charles and Abbie Return Home to Omaha

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read about our need. We are Charles and Abbie, and we are asking for your help to get back home to Omaha.

We are currently at Desert Hope treatment facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. We left Omaha, Nebraska with the hopes of bettering our lives not only for ourselves but for all those whose lives we touch, but most importantly for our children, whom I must say we miss more than life itself. We checked into Desert Hope treatment center on November 29th with the hopes of getting the best version of ourselves that we could possibly be. We have grown and have learned many things about ourselves that led to us coming here to Desert Hope. I am grateful for a chance to tell you that we have made bad decisions in the past but are looking oh so forward to show that those bad decisions do not define who we are. We have lots of support from our loved ones back home rooting for us. The one thing we do not want to be is a burden to any of them, so we are asking that for Christmas this year, instead of buying us any Christmas presents, would you please donate to this fund so that we can get back home to see all of you. That is our greatest want, we want to show you the new us, not that we have it all figured out by any means, but that old version of us is not an option any longer. So we joyfully are asking with a touch of shame to help us get back to Omaha where we can continue to work on us while loving on you. Thank you for listening to our need.
