Help Charles Gowdy's Family with Funeral Costs
Donation protected
I'm trying to help the family have closure for Charles Gowdy.
I met Charles through my good friend Marvin Arrington, who is also his nephew. I hired and trained Charles to chauffeur limousines for Sharky Limousine Service. He was great! He enjoyed doing it and getting to see so many nice places with nice people.
I had some really bad health issues and couldn't drive myself and pretty much couldn't do anything. Charles drove me to all of my doctor appointments, drove me to visit my handicapped son in Toledo, and drove my sons and me to their appointments. When my brother was passing, he drove me to say goodbye.
That's not all he did. Charles cut my grass, power washed, and stained my deck. He would do anything I needed.
Charles's children, Miracle and Currency, would come over for dinner often. I would watch his children many times for different reasons, driving the limousine.
Anytime my wife Tammy needed anything, Charles always helped her. He called her Ms. Tammy. Made me laugh.
Charles's health took a turn when he got diabetes. He had to quit driving, which he loved.
