Help Charles Save Sub Tropics AB

2022-23 started out with much excitement and anticipation. After 18 years in business im Atlantic Beach NC we decided it was time to expand. We open two new sub shops, one in Beaufort NC and one in Charleston SC. The Beaufort location did well but we were forced to shut down due to circumstances beyond our control. The Charleston location was in a new shopping center that didnt generate enough traffic to keep the doors open. We found new tenants to move but the greedy, hateful landlord will not let us out of the lease causing financial strain on Sub Tropics AB.
