Help Charlie Fight Infant Psoriasis
Donation protected
Charlie was diagnosed with Psoriasis Vulgaris when she was 2 months old. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that is an overactive immune system that results in your body producing more skin cells than it knows what to do with. It's dry, itchy, flakey, and extremely painful. When Charlie was seen at the Phoenix Children's Hospital they kept her for 3 days since she was the youngest and most severe case they had seen and a treatment route hasn't ever been established before. While we do have insurance it doesn't cover majority of her medication and treatments due to her age and having no other cases to compare it to. She's seen at Phoenix Children's Hospital by her dermatology team every month, they call her their "Super Star". We also go bimonthly for blood draw/X-rays. These funds will help with Charlie's large medical bills, ongoing treatments, and we would like to donate a portion to PCH for how amazing they have been to our sweet girl. Any amount would be helpful!
