Help Charlie Otero, BTK's first victim

Hi my name is Susan Peters. Charlie Otero's family was murdered by BTK in 1974 when he was in elementary school. After BTK was captured, Charlie  turned his life around from  being in prison to now speaking about overcoming hardships to inmates at prisons throughout the area. For years, Charlie has been working ,driving from Wichita  to El Dorado to work at the Kawasaki company .   Recently, Charlie was working on a motorcycle at home when it fell on him fracturing several bones and tearing ligaments. This week he  underwent  surgery to repair his arm.  He desperately  wants to get back to work and back to speaking,  to give inmates inspiration to change their lives.  He is need of money for medical and living expenses. He has never asked for a dime before...and is not now. But I know how great his need is .  Wichita has wrapped it's  arms around BTK's victims. Let's continue to do so.
