Help Charlie with his medical bills

Herron Island resident, Charlie Folk, recently experienced a serious health setback, is in a lot of pain, and will need two hip replacements in the very near future.  If he does not undergo hip replacement surgeries, he is very likely to develop infection in both hip joints and consequently, his medical condition will be very hard to treat.

Charlie works as a deckhand on the Charlie Wells ferry and volunteers in his spare time with the Key Center and Home Fire Departments.

Because Charlie will be unable to work for a minimum of six months or for an unknown length of time, we wanted to start a GoFundMe account to help pay for the overwhelming and looming medical expenses.  

Both Charlie and his wife, Jeannette, appreciate any support you would like to offer.  Please keep Charlie in your thoughts and prayers, and let's get him back to work.
