Meet Charlotte Ruth Ryan, a joyful and spirited two-year-old with a love for adventure and family. Born on March 12, 2022, Charlotte's days are filled with laughter, playtime with her toy dinosaurs, and fun moments swinging at the park with her siblings. She enjoys dancing with her big sister Olivia and pretending to cook in their little toy kitchen. Movie nights with her parents, popcorn in hand, and cozy cuddles are some of the simple joys she cherishes.
Charlotte's favorite things to eat are macaroni and cheese, pizza, and donuts, and she’s always excited for a family nature walk, especially around Martin Nature Park or Lake Overholser. Her boundless energy and curiosity make her the light of her family’s life.
But in late November, something changed. Charlotte began to complain of leg pain. At first, doctors thought it was just growing pains and prescribed some Tylenol, but the pain didn’t go away. After more tests and an X-ray, the doctors were still uncertain, so they took the next step—blood work. On December 5th, 2024, the heartbreaking news came back: Charlotte was diagnosed with stage 4, high-risk neuroblastoma.
Without hesitation, Charlotte began her chemotherapy on December 13, 2024, This Christmas season, they are focusing on the time they can spend together, cherishing every precious moment.
This journey is tough, and the road ahead is long, but Charlotte and her family are not walking it alone. They need your prayers, your support, and your help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden and give Charlotte the best chance in her fight against cancer.
