Help Chas After Tragic House Fire

Chas just started renting this house in the beginning of June. Last night, June 29th, a lightning strike struck his yard and a fire started, it spread to the house and it engulfed into flames.He lost everything but the clothes off his back and his truck. Chas has worked hard for what he has, and he lost it in a matter of minutes. Please help me raise anything we can for him to get back on his feet and his life back to the way it was!
