Help Chase with Medical & Living Expenses!

Chase went to emergency room on Dec. 16th due to sickness. He then returned on Dec. 18th and was hospitalized due to a blood infection MRSA that has been found in his lungs, heart, kidney and prostate. On Dec. 29th they put in a pic line for him to continue receiving treatments at home. Chase has a lot of doctors visits and home health care visits scheduled in his near future. At this time we do not know when he will be able to return to work.
