Help Châu fight cancer

Hi, my name is Casie I’m raising funds for my friend for her breast cancer treatment. Châu was my middle school classmate in Vietnam. She’s a cherished friend to me, a loving mother to her two children, a pillar support, a trusted confidant, she is someone held dear to her community.

Recently, we learned that Châu had been diagnosed with breast cancer and the cost of just the first round of treatments have put a significant financial strain on her and her family.

As her cancer has progressively worsened , she is no longer able to keep her job. Her son has had to quit school to go into the workforce and her husband has begun working late hours as a security guard just to afford treatment but unfortunately it’s not enough. They had to sell their own house for medical expenses but the value of the house is not even close enough to keep up with all of the payments. They’ve had to since rent out a tiny room as the treatments have begun to intensify in both severity and expenses.

It had been a challenge both for Châu and her family, physically, mentally, emotionally. With a heavy heart, we ask for the support of the community, friends, family, even strangers, to give Châu a chance at recovery. We ask for your help, even the smallest donation can ease the burden as it brings her and her family another step closer towards affording the treatments and procedures she needs during this critical time.
