Help Chef Brie Get Supplies 4 Youth Cooking Class

Hi everyone I’m a Chef who works alongside Chef Paul who is the founder an owner of Miette Culinary Studios in the Heart of little Italy in China town Manhattan, NY. I’ve had the pleasure to learn and grow under Chef Paul for 10 Years.

As a former youth who’s been through the Foster Care System it has also been my pleasure to advocate for kids in the same system  I was once apart of. Showing and teaching them ,they can do and be anything they put there minds too.

I’ve recently started my own business called
Chef Bries Cooking Experience and with this new business, I would like to teach youth who are transitioning out of the Foster Care System independent skills when it comes to cooking and learning how to provide and make meals for themselves. It has been my absolute  pleasure to get them to come together around food!! Especially food made with love by them and myself.
