Help Chef Chris Fields Get Well

Our beloved chef at Pinewild Country Club, Chris Fields, has suffered a brain aneurism and has successfully undergone surgery at UNC.  His time in the hospital is indefinite as he may need another surgery.   He is projected to have a very long and difficult recovery.   The account is being established by the Pinewild Men's Golf Association to help Chris and his family offset the expected significant medical expenses.

Update:  Chris successfully made it through his initial surgery and went home to recover.  He is scheduled for another significant surgery at UNC on August 23.   Chris expressed his deepest thanks to all those who graciously contributed to his fund to date.  He had been using these funds to begin paying off his medical expenses.   With his second surgery, he anticipates even more medical expenses.
