Help Chef James Start Food Truck Business

Hi my name is James Gaines also known as Chef James. As you all know I recently walked out of my place of employment (with 5 other brave employees) due to racial discrimination and hostile work conditions. I worked for my previous employer for a total of 4 years but I have been in the restaurant industry for almost ten years. I witnessed first hand the mistreatment of customers of color, the day I walked out was the last day I stood around and did nothing. I not only stood up for myself and the people of my race I stood up for what is right. My dream/long term goal is to start my own food truck business and eventually a restaurant. I want to provide a place where everyone is welcome and appreciated especially individuals like me. A place where service and food quality is hand and hand. With me doing catering and private events and you all’s assistance I know that I can reach my goal.
