Jeff's journey through...

Where do I begin?...
For those of you who know us or may not know us, my family and I have been through the fires of trials for the last 10 years. First, with the loss of our beautiful daughter,  Jenni to Salvary gland cancer, she faught long and hard for 5.5 years. Then, my husband Jeff was laid off from work for 2 years.
He was finally able to find a job in Greensboro NC after searching in Atlanta tirelessly and diligently.
Our only surviving child, Troy, moved he and his family to GA to be near us since his sisters passing then, his father and I move away to NC.
Jeff and I are settled in our new home but far from the comforts of family and friends.
On Monday July 1st 2019, Jeff became I'll with a headache and began to vomit complaining of a severe headache.
Thank God our son Troy was here visiting at the time so the two of us dressed Jeff and Troy helped him into the car because Jeff was so weak and disillusioned.
We had no idea what hospital to take him to so at 10:30 pm  God led Troy to Moses Cone Emergency room  where they took Jeff in right away after I explained his symptoms.
CT scan showed 3 brain  aneurysms in the same vessel one of them had leaked he would need surgery right away to stop the leaking of blood on his brain.
Jeff was admitted to ICU and had a coiling  procedure on 2 of the aneurysms because the 3rd one was to small and the surgeon believes it will dry up and dissipate on it's  own.
With a 2 week estimated stay Jeff was in ICU for 3 weeks because of complications.  He was not eating and he grew extremely weak and despondent, doctor's and nurses were worried of his outcome.
Troy encouraged me that Jeff would pull through and be fine, many prayers of family and friends held the gap in Jeff's behalf as they breathed new life and strength into his body.
This week Jeff graduated to Inpatient rehabilitation at Moses Cone and still has a long road ahead towards healing but, he is well on his way thanks to all the prayers and love we receive from so many.
It almost pains me to ask for monetary help because I know everyone has their own journey to travel.
As I went through all our monthly expenses I realize that with Short Term disability his pay will be 60% less.
I am not working right now because Jeff asked me to take a break and enjoy traveling with him for his job.
Even with medical insurance we will still owe at least $10,000 out of pocket.
I began paying some of the medical bills today and it is a bit overwhelming. We were just catching up on our losses during his lay off and working through the expenses we had after Jenni's passing.
I look back on all we have been through and continue to strive towards,  we were happy, we were enjoying our new home, neighbors and the conveniences of the area.
We would sit on our front porch and hold hands talking about how we were going to travel to other countries because it is what Jenni wanted and what Troy desires us to do.
Our lives were just beginning but we are still on the path towards living we have just hit a speed bump for now.
As I sit and write this I swallow my pride and humbly ask for any monetary helps you can provide.
It is so greatly appreciated.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this book, Lol.
I really want you to know how special and beautiful my Jeff is and how I love him so.  We are a team he is my God send because he saw what I could be as he waited for me to become my best I now wait on him to claim his best.
Thank you all from the depths of our souls...Thank You!
