Help Chef Jesse with his taxes

Hi, my name is Kate Krings and I am a friend of Chef Jesse and also a longtime family meals customer. As most of you already know, Family Meals has closed and will not be reopening. This was very sad news for me to hear as Family Meals was an absolute godsend during the pandemic to my family. I was saddened to know that my favorite meal service was going away, as we looked forward to the delicious meals that Chef Jesse and his staff consistently provided. I was deeply saddened to find out that with the closure of the business, came a mountain of tax debt left for Chef Jesse and his family to pay. This is on top of having to file for bankruptcy and the stress and challenge that the process involves. So after talking to a few other Family Meals customers that wanted to help, we've decided to create a place where people could donate to try and help with at least some of that tax burden.
