Help Chelsea and Her Girls Honor Kody's Life

In Loving Memory of Kody Hansen,
On January 4th, our beloved Kody, a devoted husband, father, and Ada County paramedic, tragically lost his life in a car accident less than a mile from home. Kody was on his way back after a long shift serving the community he loved when the crash occurred. According to reports, a driver trying to pass a semi-truck on a two-lane highway collided head-on with Kody’s vehicle, taking him from us far too soon.
Kody leaves behind his loving wife, Chelsea, and their three beautiful daughters, Sunny, Clementine, and Daisy. He cherished his role as a father and husband, working tirelessly to allow Chelsea to be a stay-at-home mother and care for their girls. Now, they face an unimaginable future without him.
In his over 10 years as an Ada County paramedic, Kody dedicated his life to saving others and making his community a better place. Beyond his career, Kody had a zest for life and a deep passion for hunting, fishing, and playing the banjo. He loved working on his farm, spending time with his loyal dogs, and sharing his outdoor adventures with others. Kody was also known for his playful spirit and love of jokes and pranks, always bringing smiles and laughter to those around him. You can see a glimpse of his passion for hunting on his YouTube channel, just type "Final_Fall" on Youtube. :)
This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden of Kody’s sudden passing. Your contributions will go toward funeral expenses and provide Chelsea and the girls with the support they need as they navigate their changed lives.
We ask for your generosity, whether through a donation or sharing this page, to help honor Kody’s memory and support the family he held so dear.
