Help Cherish Fight Cancer

Hello friends,

As some of you may know, cherish was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in June 2022. That happens to be the most rare, aggressive form of breast cancer there is, so she had no time to prepare for anything that came to follow her diagnosis. She was forced to quit work basically the same time she got the diagnosis due to the nature of it and had to start aggressive chemo immediately. Between tests and diagnosis to treatment, there was little time to prepare for anything. Cherish is a single mother to 2 beautiful children and a sole provider. Despite family efforts to help, there are still numerous costs for caring for her children.

She has done 13 weeks of treatment without the financial help to care for her children because shes strong and resilient but it is taking its toll on her and her finances, as she is trying to keep life normal for them with hockey and other extracurricular activities and is struggling with finances. She has to travel 2-3 times weekly for tests and treatments, which eats away at finances.

Despite everything, shes fighting a battle the doctors thought she was going to lose and she’s winning! But she needs the extra help with simple things like groceries and gas to keep tending to her babies while she fights to be here with them.

We hope to help ease her financial costs so that she can continue focus on her healing and winning this battle to be here for her children now and in the future.
