Help Cheyenne Fight Breast Cancer

Hi, my name is Rachel Burnett, and I'm the soon-to-be sister-in-law of Cheyenne Buck. Six weeks before their wedding, Cheyenne and her fiancé (my brother Josh Burnett) found out she has Stage 1 breast cancer.

If you know Cheyenne - and you're lucky if you do - you know she is the absolute light of the world.  Being one of the most loving, giving, kind, positive, funny and talented people I've ever met, seeing her go through this news right before her wedding has been absolutely crushing. 

While Cheyenne is remaining in high spirits (as she would!), it's looking like she will need to be off work for the next 3 months, with surgery and chemo on the radar, starting immediately after their wedding.

On top of that, their plans to start a family after getting married have been side tracked by this awful news. After meeting with oncologists and doctors, Cheyenne and Josh were informed they must wait at least 5 years to conceive because of the treatment. There is a potential large cost to the fertility treatment they may have to pursue in the future as well. 

Both Josh and her have had a rough year, as he also has been laid off from his primary source of income and, while still working some part time jobs, is still seeking more gainful employment. I am hoping through this GoFundMe we can take some of the financial pressure off for Cheyenne and Josh so that they can be together through her treatment, and not have to worry about money.  I'm also hoping to raise money to cover their travel costs to Sunnybrook and back.
