HELP Chin medical expense

Hi my name is Chin 24yrs backpacker from Taiwan.

Two and half months ago when I was travel on the road way to WA suddenly my health is in trouble. When I wake up I found swelling around my full head very seriously and even effect my walking because swelling through my full body .I realise I need going to hospital immediately .

Since I went to hospital in Kununurra and Broome I stay in ward for 5 days as you know if stay ward you have to pay big amount of money.Then they told me they don’t have doctors for renal so they suggested me flight to Perth.

When I arriving in Perth I received emergency treatment,After being discharged from the hospital ,I need long-term medication .Because of my sudden illness, I couldn’t go back to my hometown Taiwan. I am grateful to everyone who took care of me.

Even though I bought insurance before ,the insurance company refused to compensate after I submitted the application.But for me as a backpacker I don’t have medicare card this is a huge expense.

At present,I have been taking medicines and positive attitude taking care of my body and my mind.I also spend more time working and earning money to pay medical debts.But this debt is still a huge amount of money for me.

Now I owe more than 18,000 dollars for medical expenses and I need to take medicine for half year, which is another big expense.
