Help Chloe and Walker Recover from fire

Hello! We are asking for help for my incredible niece Chloe and her boyfriend Walker. Chloe has been through so much in the last few years, and despite everything, has managed to persevere and graduate law school. Her saving grace (beyond her family), was her sweet emotional support dog Winston. Just this week, Chloe and Walker completed their bar exam, and were preparing to move to DesMoines to start their legal career. Last night, they were out to dinner, when a fire started in their house. It appears everything is a total loss. Chloe has also tragically lost Winston. Chloe and Walker are now facing starting over, and starting a new professional career in a matter of days. Any help you might be able to give them would be so greatly appreciated!!
