Help Chloe get Ectopic ureter surgery

Hi my name is Tiffany Gonzalez and I currently have a 9 month old Lab/golden retriever named Chloe Gonzalez. I rescued her just three months ago when she was living with a family who kept outside chained up only feeding her cat food. I didn't even think twice about it when I came to rescuing her I just knew I could give her a better living situation and loving home with lots of cuddles. Her first vet visit we realized she has had UTI for months that was left untreated. She had zero of her puppy shots up to date and wasn't fixed either. I quickly got her up to date with everything to make sure she was healthy. As the weeks went on we realized she was leaking a lot from her area. We put her in diapers at night because I was washing my sheets everyday. The vets have done every other testing and believe that Chloe has an ectopic ureter. The testing alone ranges from $1.6k-2.1k. That dosen't cover anything but testing, if she does have it she will need emergency surgery cause it can be life threatening situation. The surgery can be anywhere from $5k-10k. I have a problem asking for help so this is really stepping out of my comfort zone but I am trying to do everything in my power to keep my babygirl and not surrender her. So please anything helps!
