Help Chloe Get Urgent UTI Medication
Donation protected
Hi everyone, I never thought to do this until I had a friend suggest it, but I'm trying to raise some money for my dog Chloe who needs medication urgently for a UTI she has. She's been prone to getting them, and this is the third time she's gotten one, and the doctor thinks it's because the first one never fully went away and she needed multiple treatments of the UTI medication, which is of course not cheap at all.
With the situation I'm currently in, we do not have the money, and won't anytime soon, to take her to the vet and get the medication she needs. Due to this, she is having frequent accidents in the house, a house which is not my own. We are staying with a family member. And if they find out she's having these accidents, she will make us get rid of the dog, or kick us out; which means we will have no safe place to go.
Chloe is my 2-year-old daughter's best friend. I would hate to have to get rid of Chloe because of a medical problem. It would devastate our little girl, not to mention me and my boyfriend. Chloe's been in my life since she was a puppy. She is a well-behaved dog and has had more accidents in the past 6 months than she has her entire life, and of course, it's while we're staying with someone who does not tolerate that kind of thing.
I'm hoping for at least $600 because the medication is expensive and will likely need a second treatment. I'd love to make some more because then I can get a carpet shampooer and thoroughly clean these carpets. I'm currently using a spot cleaner, but it's wrecking our hands and wrists because we have to clean up her messes so frequently, and I feel like because of that we are not cleaning them thoroughly, and I don't really want my kids playing on the floor that's not cleaned properly.
All in all, I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give. We love our dog, and don't want to have to give her away or lose our home. If you can't donate, maybe share this with your friends and family. Thank you so much for reading and I appreciate any donation, however small.
