Help Chops Walk Again

Chops is an active, lovable dog that recently had an accident where he dislocated his hip and tore ligaments in both of his legs. He is only able to walk on one leg for a short distance and is limping on his right leg because of the ligament being more torn than the left. The only way to heal from this injury is through surgery which costs $5000 which is not something our family can afford given the situation. He is in a lot of pain and unable to enjoy life :(. He is only 2 years old and has a whole life ahead of him. All our family wants is to see him healed and happy.
