Help Chris and Jason Rebuild Their Lives

Hey friends and family! This fundraiser is for two wonderful beautiful humans, Chris and Jason (plus their two dogs). Their entire home, which they crafted and adored, was swallowed by Hurricane Helene in Gulfport, FL. Surge water 5 feet or more. It’s devastating and tragic. We spent hours (which will ultimately take days) sorting their belongings between keep, trash, clean, and questionable items. Salt water and sewage water leaves not much behind. I cannot even imagine what they are going through. On top of all of it, who knows what relief money or insurance money they’ll get, but it’s limited and time consuming. Immediately they are now displaced, looking for temporary housing, somewhere to keep what they could...my hope is to raise money to help them in transition; find somewhere to live for now, restore some hope and community, and ease some of their worries of how to make it.
