Help Chris Caudill Jr and his family
Donation protected
14-year-old Chris Caudill Junior should have started guitar lessons yesterday but unfortunately, he suffered an accident and is now at Comers Children's Hospital at the University of Chicago. Two days ago, Chris slipped off a roof and fell. He landed on concrete and his face took a majority of the impact. Doctors say that Chris broke all the bones in his face and will need a massive amount of reconstructive surgery. He will require extensive dental work as he lost many teeth from the impact. He also broke his knee cap in 3 places and will need surgery on that as well. Chris's mental status won't be fully known until he wakes up. He is currently intubated, on a breathing tube, and fully sedated. He may have other injuries (broken bones, etc) that haven't been found yet.
Chris is an intelligent child and is in all advanced classes at his school. He's an avid coin collector and is very into artifact hunting. Chris has two siblings, mom and dad, and several pets at home that all love and miss him. Chris has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Mom and Dad are by Chris's side, as good parents would be. In times like this, we all wish we could do something to help. Please donate if you can to help ease the financial burden that this unfortunate situation has created in their lives. Please keep the Caudill family, and little Chris especially, in your thoughts and prayers.
My name is Amanda Morse and Chris Caudill is my cousin. I’ve started this fundraiser for his family. All donations will go straight to Chris and his family. Thank you for your support.
