Help Chris Esquivel pay cancer medical bills!

Hi my name is Kerry Esquivel and I am fundraising for my son Christopher Esquivel! Starting summer of 2021 Chris’ doctor’s believed he had a stomach ulcer. Through a routine ultrasound to examine the ulcer they discovered 4 large tumors on his liver. After a biopsy of the liver and a PET scan it was discovered that the tumors were cancerous and the cancer had spread throughout his body. Doctors believe it originated in his pancreas. Chris was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine (NET) cancer at the age of 28. Due to the rarity and the severe spreading of the cancer, His doctor’s started him on three different aggressive treatments. He just completed 10 rounds of Radiation, and is currently receiving two different types of Chemotherapy treatments which will last up to a year. He is also receiving monthly Lanreotide injections to help slow the growth of the cancer.

Because the cancer has spread to his hips, tail bone, liver, lymph nodes, etc… Chris has experienced excruciating pain. He has lost a large amount of weight and is experiencing extreme fatigue, and nausea. Chris has a long journey ahead of him with treatment and recovery. Despite all this he has maintained his amazing sense of humor and looks forward to the future with hope and positivity!
