Help Christen Archer Pierrot, Mom of 3, Fight Stage 4 Cancer with Innovative Treatment
Dear Compassionate Supporters,
We reach out to you today with heavy hearts but unwavering hope for Christen Archer Pierrot - a remarkable mother, daughter, sister, friend, and dedicated advocate who desperately needs our help.
In 2016, at just 40 years old, Christen faced the daunting diagnosis of stage 2b breast cancer. Despite the shock and fear, she tackled her treatment with determination, undergoing a radical mastectomy and grueling chemotherapy while raising three children. Through it all, Christen continued to excel in her legal career, earning recognition as a “Super Lawyers” solo practitioner known for her tenacity and dedication.
For eight years, Christen lived in remission, embracing life with gratitude and a deep sense of purpose. However, in February 2023, her world was once again turned upside down when tests revealed that her cancer had returned, this time in its most aggressive form: stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
Despite undergoing radiation and traditional treatments over the course of the last year, the cancer has continued to spread, causing Christen increasing pain and discomfort. Faced with ineffective and limited options in Western New York, Christen’s search for hope led her to Envita Medical Centers in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Envita offers a ray of hope with its innovative approach to cancer treatment, utilizing advanced precision genomics and immunology to tailor therapies to each patient’s unique needs. Inspired by success stories like Danielle McKean’s, who emerged victorious from her own battle with late-stage breast cancer, Christen sees Envita as her best chance for survival. See https://www.envita.com/patient-case-studies for Danielle’s remarkable success story. But this treatment comes at a steep cost of over $150,000, not including travel and living expenses during her 3-4 month stay.
Please join us in rallying around Christen, a dear friend, advocate, mentor, bridge-builder, justice champion, and inspiration to so many of us. And most importantly, a Super Mom who is everything to Whitney (28), Cam (20), and Max (13). Please, let’s come together to help her and them! Together, we can ensure she has the chance to continue being the loving mother and inspiring advocate we all cherish.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
With hope and gratitude,
TEAM CHRISTEN! (Emily, Sheldon, Kate & Jen)

A Heartfelt Message from Christen’s Mom:
To those who may not have the privilege of knowing Christen personally, allow me, as her mother, to paint a portrait of her extraordinary character. Every day, I marvel at her parenting skills, as she stands as the anchor of our three generations of a tightly-knit family. Beyond her role as a dedicated mother, Christen is a tireless and accomplished advocate for her clients, demonstrating a rare blend of tenacity and compassion.
However, it is her boundless empathy and generosity that fill my heart with the utmost pride. I speak not only of her pro bono legal work or her efforts to provide legal aid to those in need, but also of her unwavering support for charities addressing issues like homelessness, family violence, and children with special needs. What truly moves me is her quiet acts of kindness: the countless anonymous donations she has made to individuals facing cancer and other hardships over the years.
I firmly believe in the concept of karma — that the goodness we put into the world finds its way back to us. In this moment, as Christen faces the greatest challenge of her life, I hold onto that belief with all my heart. I pray that those who have been touched by Christen’s kindness and compassion will find it within themselves to support her now when she needs it most. For truly, her very life depends on it.
With hope and deepest gratitude,
Debra
