Help for the Family of Christian Cabrera

Update: We’re very sad to announce that our very own Christian (@ChineseBestFriend) passed away tonight. He was only 40 years old and is gone too soon! We still need your help now more than ever to make sure he gets the proper memorial and funeral service so we can honor the life and legacy of the funny, caring loving, smart, amazing human being that he is. He had such a beautiful heart and soul and only wanted to bring laughter and joy to those around him. Any amount of help is greatly appreciated to help his family deal with unexpected costs associated with his sudden death to ease the financial burden on the family and especially that he has left behind his 3 year old son Noel who will be growing up without a father. A good portion of the funds raised will be used to make sure that Noel is cared for especially that Christian is now gone. Our hearts are completely broken, we did not prepare for his sudden passing so this has really posed a financial hardship on his family. 

Original Post: Our beloved brother Christian Cabrera (@chinesebestfriend) has been in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at  Sherman Oaks Hospital for about a week now with Covid Pneumonia which is very life threatening, it has affected both his lungs, he can’t breathe on his own and needs oxygen 24/7 to breathe and stay alive. Christian as he has described is in “the worst pain of his life”.  We hope he can make it past this really unfortunate illness. We’re raising funds to make sure he gets the best possible medical care and treatments for his condition and also for the well being of his 3 year old son Noel Cabrera who misses his Dad so much, to make sure he is well cared for in Christian’s absence. Any type of help is very much appreciated and we are also asking for prayers for healing for Christian so he can come home to his family. Also the world needs its “Chinese Best Friend” ( Michael Blackson’s funny counterpart and the person behind all the viral hilarious videos with Michael) as he’s lovingly called on social media, nursed back to health and be back to what he does best to make us all laugh and make a difference in people’s lives through comedy and light hearted moments.
