Help Christina and Charlie Rebuild After Eaton Fire
Donation protected
Dear Community, I am asking for support for my best friend/sister, Christina Holland, and her partner/my dear friend, Charlie Weinmann, who lost their home and all of their possessions in the Eaton fire on 01/08/25.
Charlie and Christina had been renting in Altadena for just about 3 months (since October 2024). They were enamored with the space, which they poured love into and shared with their dog Dice and newly adopted kitten Filomena, who are both thankfully safe with them.
They evacuated their home urgently on the night of 01/07/25 with the bare minimum. They lost everything they owned and cherished, including cameras, musical instruments, bicycles, camping gear, tools, all their clothing & home furnishings, and their beloved camper van. Not to mention everything that comes with making a home.
The couple had planned to use the home as their creative sanctuary, hoping to build their dream careers in 2025. The space was small but beautiful, and now they need help getting on their feet as they search for what’s next.
Currently displaced, these funds will be used to help Christina and Charlie cover expenses as they navigate meeting immediate needs, finding a new home, and assisting their beloved community in recovery from this historic devastation.
Please feel free to contact them for direct donation(s) if you prefer.

Note: I am Ray Gannon, Christina's best friend since age 11, and I currently live in New York City. I met Charlie through Christina, and he has quickly become part of my community/family. All proceeds will go directly to the couple as the beneficiaries. The couple plans to split the proceeds and re-establish themselves.
