Help Christina Chavez's Family Overcome Hardship ♥️

My name is Christina Chavez. I have 4 kids and one is sick 2 weeks out of every month. I have been in the apartment I am in for 13 years. When an inspection was done I told them as well as his doctor about him always being sick due to the mold that forms in the bathroom and I was recommended over 6 months ago that I needed to be moved into another apartment. This past week we was blessed with the good news of we have been waiting for. I have been in the middle of praying for a job I lost June 2024 and thanking God that I am able to take care of my youngest son whom also has asthma. My electric bill was currently $283.xx and needed to be paid by the 19th in order to avoid disconnection. Someone on Facebook in a group "Helping people struggling with bills" offered to help me and even offered to pay the amount in full via my email confirmation. I was also in the middle of transferring my electricity from my old account to my new account and their bank rejected the payment. Due to City Of Covington "COV" closing my account. I was told I would need to go up there once I moved to get it out of my name and then it would be closed. Which I haven't done yet because we are still here. I called COV all they could say was that their bank rejected it and that to have them call the bank and resend to my new account. Meanwhile they closed my account and opened me a new one all payment since the 15th when I did the switch have to be made to my new account, but now it cant be done online until its transferred. When I reached back out to the lady to let her know that my account was changed and that COV said I can only may a payment in person now or over the phone and since they attempted to pay in full the amount from 283.xx to the 457. 06 was my full balance. I have to now pay 494.56 including reconnecting fees. Because they cut it off. I am in awed and lost for words and still keeping faith. The lady that was trying to pay it for me said that they only pay online and dont usually call. The full amount as of now is 497.56. We are moving the remainder of our stuff on Friday and Saturday into the new apartment. I am desperately asking for anything even $1. The amount over is for car repairs we are desperately needing as well. 150 to fix and 150 for parts. I just want my kids to enjoy a blessed Thanksgiving in our new place and able to make them a meal.. My kids are my world!! If you can please help! If you know me personally and would like to help.. City of Covington said that the caller would only need my address. I don't think I should put my address or number on here but I am reachable on Facebook under Chris Chavez or if you have my number you can call me or see if you give them my first and last name will they take that. I also believe you can email me on here. I would just like to thank yall in advance and may God bless you as well as my family. Please send us prayers and share this it is just as important! I'm not going to give up! Thank-you for helping us reach are goal
