Help Christopher's fight with Lymphoma

**NEW UPDATE**
First off, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and also has a Merry Christmas! Christopher completed his stem cell transplant but he will have to complete maintenance chemo every 3 weeks for the next year. He goes back to the doctor next week, so if you could please join us in prayer that everything is looking great, and hopes to return to work next year we would appreciate it! Thank you all for the support you have given my brother and his family during this tough time of life!

It's time for an unfortunate update on my brother. Christopher was in remission March, April and May of 2024. He went in for his 3 month check up and found out it came back as stage 4. It's in his lymph nodes, bones and several organs. His treatment includes 4 rounds of a new chemo(3 down!), 4 Pheresis growth factor injections to boost his stem cells, once enough are collected he will have an Auto stem cell transplant. The auto stem cell transplant will be a long hospital stay, he will go in, have a harsh chemo treatment to kill his immune system, before the transplant. He will stay until he has a new and hopefully cancer free immune system! Then he will get to go home where he must continue isolating for 3 additional months.
He wanted to keep this private, while he pushed himself hard to continue working during 3 of the 4 chemo treatments. But unfortunately, he is no longer able to do so. He does not quailify for FMLA or short term disability. The worst part is, he will no longer have any health benefits or pay from his employer. During this time, we are all trying to keep life as normal as possible for the children.
Any financial help is greatly needed and appreciated...If some are reluctant to use the Gofundme, please feel free to reach out to me for his address to donate gift cards. Some examples would be Walmart, Fresh Thyme, Aldis. Restaurants that have a carryout option would also be appreciated, especially during the most difficult time in October. Thank you all in this emotional time.
But most importantly, please keep Christopher and our entire family in your prayers. Thank you all.
**OUTDATED**
Hi, my name is Melissa and I created this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother. Christopher, at the age of 31, has been struck with an unexpected and challenging battle to endure after recently being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 2, non-favorable.
I am thankful for all of the doctors moving so fast to get him a correct diagnosis. He has already gone to multiple appointments with different providers, several blood draws, surgery to remove a lymph node for biopsy, heart test, lung test, and PET scans. Starting this week, he will be receiving his first of 12 rounds of Chemotherapy.
Christopher is a hard worker, and the sole provider for his wife and three beautiful children. His values and morals are high, and he is always there to lend a helping hand to others. But, as you can imagine this is taking a huge toll on him, emotionally, psychically and financially. He has already been off of work over a month and will not be able to return any time soon. I want nothing more than to help ease his financial burden and mind, to allow him to focus solely on his treatment, healing and recovery. I am humbly asking for any contributions, but everyone's emotional support is just as important. I ask that you keep Christopher and our family in your thoughts and prayers. Please consider sharing this fundraiser with your family and friends.
Thank you for your support and kindness.
