Help Christopher reunite with his family.

Hi, my name is Natalia Rivera and I am raising funds on behalf of Sandy Kydd-Stead to take her 20y/o son Christopher from Oregon to Connecticut to be with his family.

On 7/21/22 Christopher had a Large right occipital intra-hemorrhage with Intra-ventricle extension. In other words a stroke. He had to have a craniotomy. He was on a Ventilator. He now has a Tracheotomy. He has a G/Tube. Days and days we sat at his bed side waiting for him to open his eyes. He can now track with his eyes and squeeze your hand when asked -sometimes.

Sandy wants to bring Christopher back to Connecticut where most of his family lives. Christopher can not sit up, he needs to be transported by a stretcher with medical professionals to manage his tracheostomy, G/Tube and vital signs.

West Coast to East Coast medical air ambulance is costly.

We got a quote from Air Ambulance Angel MedFlight and they said $35,000 without insurance. They are checking Sandy's insurance to see if they can submit a claim, but time is of the essence.
