Help Chuck Timmins Heal and Recover

Hi everyone, I’m making this gofundme in hopes of helping our good friend Chuck Timmins.

If you know Chuck, you know he is a great friend who is always there to help someone out when they need it. He’s a great dad, a hard worker, and someone who always shows up for everyone else in his life. I’m hoping now we can all show up for him and his family.

About a month ago Chuck had a seizure while in the shower, fell backwards, and broke his back in 3 places. He spent about a week in the ICU in a medically induced coma and was eventually sent home to recover. Back home, he was in so much pain he could barely move and ended up back in the hospital again where they found that each fracture point had collected fluid and become infected. That infection also traveled to his left lung. After spending another 7 days in the hospital he is back home again, still in a lot of pain. He’s got a picc line in to administer antibiotics until the infection is cleared and will be in a back brace for the next couple of months. He cannot bend, twist or lift anything, the hardest part for him being that he can’t pick up his son. With all of this going on, Chuck will be unable to work for the foreseeable future and our goal is to help relieve the financial stress that comes with that so that he can just focus on his recovery without that added worry.
