Help Ciara Afford Surgery & Bills

Hey, I'm Ciara. I have endometriosis. It is currently a diagnosis of exclusion. My Doctor told me that the only way to confirm endometriosis is with actual diagnostic criteria that would be obtained during an endometrial laparascopic surgery. During this time, I would have the overgrowth of tissue (that's been causing me so much grief for the past several months) burned off in hopes that my symptoms will improve significantly and be kept at bay for a long time. Having the diagnostic criteria will also allow my doctor to prescribe different meds and make me eligible for a lot of different treatments that I don't have access to without it.
This condition has giantly impacted my life. It is difficult to eat because I am constantly nauseous. I have abdominal spasms that are unpredictable and vary in intensity. I experience pain & pressure when I go to the bathroom or when my bladder gets too full. I have fatigue that makes it difficult to wake up & move almost everyday, all day. I have mood swings that are difficult to control- but mostly I'm battling hormonal depression (I've been working on this a lot though!) All of these symptoms fluctuate and happen outside of my menstrual cycle. During my cycle, I can't even begin to explain how painful it is, how amplified my symptoms are.
Unfortunately, it took a very long time to rule out & understand my symptoms- time that was rife with ER visits, specialists & new doctors that need to be paid. This procedure isn't exactly affordable either and it will put me out of work for 2-4 weeks.
My job is passion work. No one is paying top dollar for my position in the veterinary field & that isn't why I chose it. My time in this field is being forced to an end as I can't keep up with the physical nature of the work as much.
I have very supportive friends and family & I am extremely grateful to anyone who would offer any amount of help. Be it $1 or $5 or $20- you don't have to! If you do, thank you so so so much. If you don't, well thank you anyways for reading this, for caring & I hope that you're well.
I plan to be transparent about this process. I currently have about $3k in medical debt. My pre-op exam is in about 3 weeks- which is where I'll schedule my surgery and get an accurate estimate. The number I came up with is based on the missed rent & bills I'll have, my current debt and an insurance estimation for the procedure I need at a minimum of $5k. I will update my journey here and on socials (mainly Instagram) and answer questions.
Thanks again
