Help CJ McBride

My name is Colleen and I'm starting this fundraiser for my nephew, Christopher J. McBride, better known as CJ. On June 11, 2023, CJ was out for his usual Sunday afternoon motorcycle ride and was involved in a terrible crash. He was airlifted to a hospital an hour from where he and his family live. He has a crushed left ankle and foot and his left arm. On June 16, 2023, he spent over 7 hours in surgery to reconstruct his arm. they don't know when they will be able to work on his foot and ankle he has to go through bone cleaning procedures multiple times before they can hopefully save his foot.

CJ has trod down a very rough road for the majority of his adult life but with the help of The Grove Church, the Love of his family and a very Big God he is establishing a life he can be proud of. He just recently started his own home repair and remolding business to provide for his family. He is without health insurance and the mounting medical bills are climbing fast as well as household bills that he cannot contribute to for who knows how long. We're not even sure yet if and when he'll be able to return to work. He is left-handed, so there will be a lot of therapy in the future.

CJ was also a great deal of help to his Mother, my Sister Dee, with things she needed to be done while she has been fighting cancer.

As you know it is never easy asking for help but when a catastrophe happens it humbles you and you find out most people are compassionate. Any gift that you could give this young man would be so appreciated. I'm sure it will help his recovery without the constant worry of medical debt and daily bills. Thank you truly from our hearts.
